Explorer it just a function in Metastock for the user to write the condition he need so as to pick up those counters which meet his condition. So is better you install a Matestock in your pc then you will know how the Explorer look like.
CYBERT I don't know about this company. just my explorer under sharp drop rebound pick it out , study the chart found it high was about 2.1 drop to about 32c, saw got chance of rebound buy had plan to sold it out at 37c .
